The majority of people growing up in California within the past 30 to 40 years have experienced some type of hearing test or screening. This test typically involves wearing over-the-ear or in-the-ear phones through which tones are presented at various pitches and loudness. Most people are their own best judge of what they hear. However, some (the very young and/or disabled) require special test procedures to determine their hearing abilities. By designing the testing facilities at Audioscope to provide assistance to our patients with special needs our other clients benefit from the warm and caring environment supported by advanced technology.
